New construction of a three-storey building housing intermediate residences. The spaces include 49 rooms including a small bathroom each, common areas, shared bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and administrative areas. The residence will accommodate a clientele with mental health challenges.
Our team became part of the project during the preliminary design. Our involvement at this stage made it possible to optimize the concept of the project, while respecting the client’s objectives.
