Construction of a residence for people with disabilities (Grade B2) located in Quebec City and made with a steel and concrete structure. The building has five floors including an underground parking.
The works were carried out in a “fast track” mode: the structure was erected during the production of the architectural plans, Other challenges of the project: the construction of the Berlin wall which was required due to the limited space as well as the very tight schedule of eight and a half months for a floor area of almost 100,000 square feet, including 100 bedrooms, kitchen and care services, laundry, etc.
