Appointment notice – Ms. Karine Bourque

We are pleased to announce today the appointment of Ms. Karine Bourque as General Director of Ronam Constructions.
Employed since 2005, Karine started out as an estimator and then became Director of Business Development and Estimation as well as a partner in 2015. There is no doubt that the experience acquired over the past few years will greatly contribute to the business success.
The company is now entering a new direction by making an organizational transition. Indeed, after leading the company as President and General Director since 1990, Jacques Laflamme and the company’s management team agreed to make changes to the organizational structure. Mr. Laflamme, in collaboration with his associates, offered Karine this position which she accepted with enthusiasm, knowing that she would have big boots to wear!
Mr. Laflamme will remain very present in the company with a change of role. He will act as an advisor and mentor to the management team. Jacques’s experience will be used to ensure the transition and the success of the company for the years to come.
As General Director, Karine will be responsible for all the company’s operations and for advancing the company’s strategic plan. Also, she will be responsible for implementing the mission and continuing to convey the values of the company, always with the support of the management team.
