Construction of a commercial building

The project consists of constructing a new commercial building of 45,000 square feet, in steel structure and located in Sainte-Marie de Beauce. The new spaces will be occupied by commercial tenants on the ground floor (15,000 square feet) and by offices areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors (15,000 square feet each).
