Expansion and renovation of a building

Expansion of an existing building by the addition of a full section in steel structure and of four levels (three floors above ground and one basement). The existing part of the building, in wooden structure, has been completely renovated.

This project was carried out in two phases to allow the occupants to remain on site during the works. The first phase consisted of building the new three-storey section and the second to transform the existing part, in which we proceeded to the renovations and to the replacement of the roof trusses.
