Construction of a temporary residence of four floors for parents of sick children, from remote areas in need of care in a Montreal hospital. The Manor was built in a corner of the parking lot at Ste-Justine Hospital in Montreal, backing onto private residences, which involved to work in a very limited space as well as diligent noise and dust management.
This project was built following LEED Gold specifications, but the file was ultimately not submitted for certification. + the systems have been installed such as: geothermal energy, solar collectors, energy controls, heat recovery and others.
