Renovation of the head office and warehouse

Major renovation and complete redevelopment of an existing building to accommodate the new headquarters and warehouse of Chaussures Leclerc in Quebec City. The new spaces, covering an area of 30,000 square feet, include an office area of 7,300 square feet, a warehouse and distribution center of approximately 20,000 square feet and finally, a sales area of approximately 2,000 square feet.
