OPTEL VISION – PHASES I, II & III

Construction of a high-tech plant and head office

Phase 1 of this project involved the construction of an industrial and high-tech building, located in the Quebec Metro High Tech Park. The area is 1,860 m2 on two floors, including offices and workshops. Phase 2 involved the construction of an extension of 2,320 m2 on two floors, including offices and workshops. Phase 3 involved the renovation of Phase 2, in the workshops sector (650 m2). These three industrial constructions were completed in a construction management mode.
