Construction of a car dealership

Commercial construction of a car dealer in Quebec City. This 1,998 m2 building, which includes a showroom, an office area and a garage, was built according to the Audi Canada standards and also according to the requirements of various programs such as EcoEnergy (solar wall), Gaz Métro, Hydro-Québec and the Energy Efficiency Fund that allowed us to receive subsidies of more than $ 40,000 for the client. During the project, we proposed and made several alternatives («value engineering») to meet the client’s budget.
