COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION IN QUEBEC CITY

renovation-bureaux-oricom

Interior renovation of the building

The works consisted in the redevelopment of the ground floor of the building as well as the expansion of the computer server room.

The project had a few special features:
– Installation of piles where there is optical fiber (location)
– Moving and construction of temporary premises for employees (coordination, noise control and efficient dust management)
– Coordination with structural engineers for the layout of the interior levels (the building having been enlarged several times in the past, the levels were different)

The very high level of communication between the client, subcontractors, professionals and our team enabled the work to be carried out according to the client’s expectations and despite the various challenges of the project.
