The project involved constructing a new building to serve as a distribution centre for MacPek. During this project, we coordinated the mandates of our client’s stakeholders and suppliers. Also, the mechanical and electrical plans had to be adjusted in order to meet the requirements of these same suppliers.
Excellent coordination was also carried out before the arrival of cold weather to protect the building envelope when finalizing paving work.
The ventilation unit chosen offers an 85% heat recovery capacity. Intelligent lighting management and the use of LED luminaires save a considerable amount of energy.
With the aim of optimally isolating the building, the appropriate choice of materials and construction details were designed following a careful teamwork.
