Construction of a new retail store

Commercial construction of a new Canadian Tire store, located in Joliette, including a service centre and a garden centre. This building is built on more than 140 piles, because of the low-bearing capacity. The building envelope was built with prestressed concrete panels and installed on site using a crane. We have ensured a good coordination regarding floor coverings as they were provided by the client.
