Expansion of the store

Work began with asbestos removal and the expansion of the premises previously occupied by Zellers. We have then proceed to the interior and exterior layout of the store, also including a facade inside the mall. The 85,000 square foot area includes a 12,000 square foot basement.

The project was carried out in stages for the structural modifications in order to leave the building as short as possible open and unprotected.
