During this construction project, our team got involved from the pre-project phase with the client and professionals, thus allowing optimization of the project as a whole. This new construction is carried out in fast-track mode, in order to be able to deliver the building more quickly, in July 2022.
The Saint-Raphaël Health Center will have a three-storey wooden structure. The ground floor will include a medical clinic, a pharmacy, as well as administratives offices, including those of the Municipality. The second and third floors will feature sixteen rental condos.
