Construction project for a health, commercial and multi-residential complex in Quebec City. This new mixed-use building will accomodate, at the same address, the Pierre-Bertrand Medical Clinic (which will be relocated), commercial spaces for various partners in the field of health, including PCN Physio, Lobe, a pharmacy, a daycare, a dental clinic, etc. There will also be 165 rental condos as well as common areas such as a central courtyard, terraces, a gymnasium, an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, a games room, etc.
The building, in a concrete structure, will have two floors of underground parking (69,000 square feet each) and six floors above ground (48,000 square feet each). This project will begin with the demolition of two existing buildings and the decontamination of the existing soil.
