|Description :||Construction of a new commercial and multiresidential building consisting of two floors of underground parking (137 spaces), three floors of medical polyclinic and three floors with 29 rental units.
Respecting the schedule is one of the main challenges of this project since the housing must absolutely be delivered by June 2022. Also, respecting the budget is an important issue for the client because the current market context (pandemic, labor shortage, etc.) greatly affects the construction costs. We therefore worked to find solutions to reduce the costs and tendering strategies to limit the impact on the project. These issues are also controlled very rigorously throughout the project.|
