Construction of an apartment building

Demolition of a school and construction of a residential and institutional building, located in Quebec City. This new building includes a community centre on the main floor for the City of Quebec and 54 social housing units distributed on four of the five floors of the building for the OMHQ. The structure of the building was designed according to the «Hambro» system.
