INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION IN QUEBEC CITY

Office fit-out

Relocation of the BAPE offices in their new working spaces, located in Quebec City. The layout of the spaces has been thought out and carried out according to the new trend of the unassigned workstations. A lounge area with large windows and a space in silent mode have also been created to offer various options to the employees, in addition to the 36 workstations.

Before proceeding to the fitting-out, the demolition of the existing ceiling was necessary. Among the challenges of the projet, there was undoubtedly noise management. Since the new BAPE offices are located on the 6th floor of the occupied building, there was a ban on making noise during the day. Therefore, work involving noise was carried out in the evening or very early in the morning.

The limited project timeline was also a major challenge. Our team was able to coordinate the work and satisfy the client, despite unforeseen events encountered during the project.
