Building standards upgrading

Upgrading of all rooms on the ground floor level to meet the standards, achieved in 8 successive work phases. The existing building envelope and structure were also improved.

Throughout the work, the daily operations of the residence were maintained, which is why the safety of the residents and workers was a paramount concern, as well as their tranquility.
