NUCLEOM

INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION IN QUEBEC CITY

construction-siege-social-nucleom

Construction of the new headquarters

Construction of a new building to house the new headquarters of Nucleom, including a space for a future tenant. This project being carried out in integrated design mode, the work started with only the civil and foundation/structure plans. The main challenge of this project was therefore to plan in advance, with the team of professionals, all the items that could possibly be integrated into the site and go to tender in batches as and when the plans for professionals are ready. The value of the project was also optimized by working on certain details of the plans and materials to reduce the budget while maintaining excellent quality and performance of the building.
LEED certification is underway for this project.
