Construction of a building with an area of almost 80,000 sq.ft. before the start of the foundation work, a structural backfill of the land had to be made. The part of the office area structure is made with a mixed composition, namely beams and steel columns with wood deck.
The plant section of the building was delivered before the holiday season, to allow the client to move and install their equipment and to lose as little production time as possible. The mechanical work of the paint chambers was postponed later in 2018, allowing the client to move in.
The paint chamber installations required close coordination with the client to secure the structure, mechanical, electrical and fire protection components. The building has an air central that maximizes the recovery of indoor heat produced by the paint oven, thus reducing energy costs.
