Industrial construction of a new three-floor building (1450 m2 each floor), located in the Port of Quebec City. This construction, achieved in the turnkey formula (civil, structural and mechanical), includes a mechanical workshop, a 50 feet high machining and welding shop. + workshops are equipped with overhead cranes, and all heating of the ground floor is provided by a radiant floor with oil boiler. The project involved many challenges including the proximity of the wharf and its tie rod system as well as the coordination between the several overhead cranes, the several garage doors and the required vertical clearances.
