CANADIAN TIRE PLACE VERSAILLES

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION IN MONTREAL

Expansion and renovation of the store

This expansion and renovation project for the Canadian Tire Place Versailles store in Montreal was carried out in two different phases:

Phase I: Interior and exterior layout of the store, in premises with an area of 85,500 square feet previously occupied by Target. We started the work before we had the complete plans, which required a good coordination in order to carry out the work by sector and to start with those to be done outside. This allowed us to complete them before the onset of winter and to reduce costs related to winter temperatures. We also install temporary shoring of the structure to incorporate the architectural elements of Canadian Tire’s new image.

Phase II: Fit-out of the auto service center in the former warehouse of the Target store. This phase required the refurbishment of the exterior facades as well as the complete demolition of the interior slab.
