Demolition, preservation of the historic facade and construction of a building

Renovation of the Simons store, located in the Old Quebec. The project began with the demolition of the existing building retaining only the facade (Heritage Quebec’s historical monument). It was followed by the commercial construction of a new five-floor building of steel and concrete structure as well as the interior layout of the store, offices and workshops.
