Major expansion project for a commercial and multi-residential building. The project consists of adding two floors of underground parking (137 spaces), three floors of medical polyclinic and commercial spaces as well as three floors with 29 rental condos.
Respecting the schedule is one of the main challenges of this project since the housing must absolutely be delivered by June 2022. Also, respecting the budget is an important issue for the client because the current market context (pandemic, labor shortage, etc.) greatly affects the construction costs. We therefore worked to find solutions to reduce the costs and tendering strategies to limit the impact on the project. These issues are also controlled very rigorously throughout the project.
