New construction of a grocery store preceded by the demolition of an existing building that contained asbestos. In order to ensure the safety of the site and to avoid traffic from neighbors living nearby, constant surveillance was required.
Some civil engineering work has been coordinated with the owners of a nearby pharmacy, with the aim of making this work as small as possible for their daily activities.
In the end, the schedule was moved up two weeks, allowing the merchant to open its doors before the holiday season.
